New Chiropractic Network for Vytra Members

Vytra recently contracted with Prism Health Networks to provide chiropractic services to our members, effective January 1, 2006. To view a list of chiropractors that participate in Prism Health Networks, click here www.prismnetwork.com or call Prism Health Networks toll-free at 1-866-883-0643, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. If you use a telephone device for the hearing or speech-impaired, please call 1-877-495-2488.

To ensure that you receive the care you need, if you are currently under treatment with a chiropractor that is not in Prism Health Networks, you will be able to continue to see your current chiropractor until March 31, 2006, subject to the terms and conditions of your health benefits program. After March 31st , you will need to choose a chiropractor that is part of the Prism network, or if your plan permits, continue to see your current chiropractor and utilize your out-of-network benefits.

It is important to note that this change in chiropractic network does not affect your chiropractic benefits.
